Business & employment sub-group

Terms of reference for the business and employment sub-group are as follows:

1. Conduct a survey of good practice on the business sector. (case studies)
   
   
2. Carry forward initial contacts made by the Chair with main employers who large users of work permit scheme.
   
   
3. Carry forward contacts with DWP National Employment Panel
   
   
4. Consider publicity and advocacy relating to explaining incentives for employers in providing ESOL to their employees.
   
   
5. Advising employers on how to best utilise extensive pool of skills of refugees.
